Case Management & Mobile Treatment Services
Case Management Program

WHO: For Mental Health Consumers over the age of 18 who meet the special eligibility criteria of the target population, as defined by the Mental Hygiene Administration.
WHAT: The Case Management Program at the Harford-Belair Center provides specialized support services for consumers who need help with the challenges of living in the community.
WHERE: 4308 Harford Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21214; services are provided in-home and in the community.
WHEN: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
HOW: Based on a detailed assessment of need, an individual can receive personal assistance from a qualified mental health professional in the areas of housing, finances, and access to health care.
FEES
Harford-Belair works closely with clients to devise a fee that is appropriate for the individual. No one will be refused service because of an inability to pay. Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Medical Assistance and most private insurance will provide reimbursement for services rendered.

MOBILE TREATMENT SERVICES
Program Director: Cathy E. Smith, M.S., RN., C.S.P.
WHO: Individuals of all ages who have a serious mental disorder and are unable or unwilling to come to a community mental health center for traditional outpatient treatment.
WHAT: The mission of the Mobile Service Team is to provide quality psychiatric care, improve compliance with outpatient treatment, and to prevent hospitalization and abuse of emergency rooms.
WHERE: 4308 Harford Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21214
HOW: Mobile Treatment is an in-home, assertive community treatment service provided by multi-disciplinary staff including a psychiatric nurse, a psychiatric social worker, and adult and child psychiatrists.
WHEN: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
