Outpatient Program provides mental health care in an environment designed to meet the
individual treatment needs of clients and their families.

Monday and Wednesday 8:00am to
6:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am to
7:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday ( appointments
accommodated as needed)
HOW: All Harford-Belair
Outpatient Services
are delivered by Licensed Therapists, Social Workers, and a
Psychiatric Nurse under the supervision of the treating Psychiatrist.
FEES
Harford-Belair accepts
Maryland Medical Assistance, Maryland Pharmacy Assistance, Medicare, Blue Cross
Blue Shield and Public Mental Health Uninsured Eligibility.
